In short
How does Render Roll work for UK brands?
Render Roll is the fixed-scope product visualisation service of XO3D Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11876020. UK orders are quoted in GBP, and prices exclude VAT until the confirmed scope records the tax treatment for your business. The service is business to business only, so consumer orders are not accepted. Send your SKU list with representative CAD or 3D files and the geometry is validated before anything becomes binding. Once the master camera, lighting, crop and background standard is agreed and your first product is signed off, the remaining catalogue follows that standard in quality-checked batches. A usable 3D model is mandatory for every base product, modelling is priced separately per model, and a payment link is raised only after the representative model passes validation. Colour and material variants reuse the approved base setup, so they cost less than a new SKU without ever being free.
Why catalogue teams use Render Roll.
One standard, every SKU
The same camera, lighting and crops across your whole catalogue, so the two-hundredth product matches the first.
Validated before you pay
We check your files and your scope first. No surprises hidden in an unclear file or an unusually complex product.
Fast, consistent delivery
Ordered as a pack, delivered in structured batches, each one quality checked before it reaches you.
Built for the channels you sell on
The argument
Every product. Every angle. Ready to sell.
One product, the full set. White and transparent. Colour and material variants. The same camera and the same light on every SKU, so your catalogue looks like one catalogue.

Showing variant: White
The camera and light never move. Only the finish changes.

How it works
Configure, validate, approve, then pay.
We check your files and your scope before production begins. That is what keeps the standard, and the timeline, honest.
Upload your SKU list
Send your SKU spreadsheet and your CAD or 3D files. No usable 3D file yet? We flag it and quote modelling separately, before you pay.
We render the batch
Every product is rendered to one agreed standard: the same camera, lighting and crops across your whole catalogue.

Plain English
What counts as a SKU?
A single product that needs its own model, file preparation and image setup. One SKU is one product, set up once and shot to the standard.
Plain English
What counts as a variant?
A colour, material, finish or label change can use the variant rate when it reuses the approved geometry, dimensions and component layout. Size or geometry changes need file review and may count as a new base SKU. The builder shows the split.
Product categories
Strong on hard goods and packaging.
Electronics, appliances, homeware, hardware, packaging, beauty, industrial and medical products are the core of what we do. Some categories, like jewellery, furniture and anything with people, need a quick specialist review first.

CAD such as STEP, IGES, SolidWorks and Rhino, and 3D such as OBJ, FBX, STL and Blender. No usable 3D file? We can model it, quoted separately, after we see your references.
Yes. White-background, transparent PNG and channel-sized images, including marketplace main-image rules, are part of the standard output set.
By catalogue size and images per SKU, shown up front in the builder. No subscription, no day rate. We confirm scope and files before you pay. Package prices are indicative until we have seen representative files.
We tell you before you pay, and quote any preparation or modelling separately. You are never charged to render a file we cannot use.
A consistent catalogue starts with a consistent system.
